Lillian Nelson   Course Title: Wheel 6 Section: 6600-3 Objectives: *Demonstrate a general knowledge of stage terms and theatre vocabulary. and be able to practice those terms in a rehearsal setting. *Demonstrate mastry of good audience skills. *Create and present a character using a puppet or mask. *Create and present a coherent and cohesive story through improvisational acting. *Memorize and perform a 2 minute duet scene. *Memorize and perform a 1 minute monologue. Methods: Students will attain these objectives through theatre games, lectures. videos, brainstorming, reinforcement of information by way of cross curricular assignments, memorized scene work and their own creativity. Assessment Procedures: Students will be assessed through quizzes and written critiques of their individual assignments.
