MONDAY	Please complete spelling pages 27 and 28, including the word sort activity.	Please review words with the following sounds: __ed, __en, __et, __end, __ent, __est This Week’s Wall Words: don’t, says, water, line, new, her, Mr. Picture Retake Day is October 16^th. There is no school for students on October 17^th due to a Professional Development Day for faculty. We have a field Trip to All Children’s Hospital’s play, “What’s So Good About Feeling Bad” on Wednesday, October 22. Dress uniform is encouraged. Poetry in the Park is on November 12th , beginning at 8:30 a.m. The Fall Festival is on Friday, October 31. The parade will begin at 8:30 a.m. Spanish Weekly Word: medusa (jellyfish)

THURSDAY	Home link 3-7 There is no school for students tomorrow. You may turn in your homework on Monday.
READ WITH YOUR CHILD FOR AT LEAST 10 MINUTES DAILY. WORD CARDS ARE DUE EVERY THURSDAY. Please return library books each week. Reading Folders are to be returned every Monday. Please check your Parent Volunteer Schedules.
