Science in fourth grade provides many dynamic learning opportunities. Students experience inquiry-based, hands-on learning in the classroom. Classroom teachers work with the Science Resource teacher, Sarah Swoch, in planning and implementing the curriculum. The fourth grade is using a program called Science and Technology for Children that was developed, in part, by the Smithsonian Institution.

Land and Water
Animal Studies
