| Sea Stars are a type echinoderm with a variety of species. Sea Stars are often referred to as star fish and are sold in tropical tourism stores as hard, stiff decorations. Sea stars are actually very flexible and interesting animals, with a lot more going on than might meet the eye. They are usually found to have five radiating arms, but some can have up to fifty arms. Sea Stars come in all shapes colors and sizes and can be found in practically any location of the ocean. |
