Not only are they a great fight, but also one of the most favorable dishes to eat. Hardly ever tasting, "fishy", Mahi Mahi is not only delicious, but great for your health. The last and most important postitive aspect of Mahi Mahi is that its not that difficult to catch, making it one of the most sought after fish in the area.
