Harbor seals are known as the common seal. They are found in the waters of the North Atlantic and North Pacific. The harbor seals scientific name means "sea dog" which fits because their head resembles a dog. Harbor seals are adapted to life in water as shown in the physical characteristics of flippers, and the abilities to stay underwater. In this webpage there is a lot of interesting information on reproduction, feeding, and many more.
