What causes sea level to change, anyways? A simple answer would be "climate change, but what even causes the climate to change? Before checking out how the sea level has been rising over the past centuries, let's take a look at what causes it. Some infrared is absorbed and reemitted on the earth's surface, but due to damage to the atmosphere, more of the radiation is being absorbed and kept close to the earth.
