Conceptual Physic's Projects
Through the years, Mrs. Peck's students have participated in a variety of projects. These projects were meant to teach the students how to conduct research and create a way to teach others about the topic they selected. Educational research has determined that we gain a deeper understanding and increase retention of content when we create something about the content and then use it to teach others about that concept.
Physics Glogs The students used the website Glogster to create an interactive, multimedia online poster called a glog on a physics topic of their choice.
Physics Is Everywhere The students used a variety of methods (based on Gardner's Multiple Intelligence Theory) to teach their peers a physics concept.
