Sir Isaac Newton made three laws of motion. Newton’s 3rd Law is commonly known as “every action has an equal and opposite reaction.” This law can be applied to all interactions, whether there is an object moving or not. Whenever an object exerts a force on another object, the second object pushes back with equal force, but in the opposite direction from the original force.
