The foot pushes on the skateboard and the skateboard pushes back.
The car pushes down on the earth and the earth then pushes back up on the car.
The hand is pushing on the ball and gravity is pulling the ball on the hand.
Action both balls hit and then reaction is when they go opposite ways.

---Newton's Laws of Motion were created by a man named Sir Issac Newton. A force never occurs on its own, there is always an equal and opposite directions and occur simultaniously. Newton’s Third Law of motion states that whenever one object exerts a force on another object that the second obeject will exert an equal but opposite force on the first object. Action force is when an object exerts a force on another object, then reaction force is when the other object exerts an equal but opposite force back on the first object. When the two forces are combined it is called an interaction pair.
