Sir Isaac Newton: Creator of the 3rd Laws of Motion

This is an example of an interaction pair. Action Force: the air pushing backwards

Reaction Force: The balloon pushing forwards

Sir Isaac Newton is famous for creating three laws of motion. The first being that objects tend to keep their state of motion. The second explains how acceleration is directly proportionate to net force, and is inversely proportionate to the mass. Finally, the third law states how two objects exert and equal but opposite force on each other. This website of Newton’s Third Law is due to a project assigned in Mrs. Peck’s physics class. It explains the science behind the third law, including any vocabulary used within the information given. The related links page shows you the links used to create and inform this project.
