This is a statue of Sir Isaac Newton.

Newton attended Cambridge college at the age of 18, where he taught himself mathematics to understand books he had bought at an earlier age. During his lifetime, he discovered the nature of light and colour, created the theory of gravity, adjusted ideas of space and astronomy, formed the laws of motion, and much more.
