Action Force: The girl is pushing downward on the barrier.
Reaction Force: The barrier is pushing upward on the girl.

'Every action has an equal and opposite reaction'

You may heard this phrase from his third law or the name of is creator, Isaac Newton, in you’re life, but do you really know who he was? Born in 1643 in England, Isaac Newton is known for his 3 laws of motion. His first law said that “ Every object in a state of motion tends to stay in that state of motion unless an external force is applied to it. His second law said that «The acceleration produced by a net force on a body is directly proportional to the magnitude of the net force, is in the same direction as the net force, and is inversely proportional to the mass of the body.» and his last law say that « For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. » He died in 31 March 1727 at the aged of 84 years old, some people may said that his laws are not important for us, but they are! People in the 20 century through that it was impossible for a rocket to move in space, because they’re no air, but they were wrong. Newton 3rd law said that « For every action there is equal and opposite reaction» why won't it work in space? Learn more about his third law in this website.
