Earth Day is a day that we clean up the world. It is important because it helps us stop pollution. Recyling is is a good way to stop pollution. All this pollution is making global warming in Antartica and the Arctic. Pollution is bad because it can poison the air. Everyday you can pick up trash. We can recycle paper, glass, cans, bottles, and plastic. Many schools recycle paper.
Earth Day is an important holiday to honor the Earth and the importance of keeping the Earth clean. If you are wondering who created Earth Day, and how it came to be , I'm about to tell you. Senator Nelson of Wisconsin started traveling around the country and saw how bad the people were polluting. One person who liked Senator Nelson's idea for an Earth Day was a college student named Dennis Hays. The first Earth Day in 1970 was a huge success. People stopped littering and recycled, but after Earth Day, people went back to their old habits again. The second Earth Day was in 1990. Dennis got the United Nations to participate in a world Earth Day. Pollution, pollution, pollution. Polluting is bad for the land, air, and water. There was a horrible oil spill off the Californian bay. All of the beaches got gross and slimy. Landfills are another way of polluting land. Chemicals from garbage sinks through the ground and can get into our drinking water. There are lots of things we can do in public and at home. In public you can: Pick up trash at the beach and plant new trees. At home we can: reduce by using both sides of the paper. Reuse by using the same water bottle each day. The big one is recycling. Recycle old paper, old toys, cans, plastic, old cell phones, and computers. If we can do all of those things and not create oil spills and landfills, we'll have a beautiful Earth.
Earth Day is day when people realize how important the Earth is to us. We have Earth Day because it helps clean up and respect Earth.
When we have Earth Day, the air, the water, and the ground is clean. Pollution is killing the Earth. It kills the air, the animals, and sometimes water. You can ask the goverment to help clean up in spots of your neighborhood that are polluted. You can also help by cleaning.
Snowboarding dogs are so strange.
No dogs can do flips on a snowboard.
On grass dogs can't snowboard.
We see dogs race on snowboard.
Big dogs bite people on snowboard.
Oh no the dog's snowboard broke.

Have you ever seen a jumping shark? Well there are some. It's the great white shark in Seal island, Africa. The great white is the only fish that can put its head out of water for a period of time. When the seal swim to get some food, they're swiming for their lives. The shark hits at 22 miles per hour and bites with hundreds of pounds of pressure. They jump out of the water and twist and turn and sometimes flip. These sharks are amazing.

Hello journal! I am going to be writing as long as the pages will let me, Beverly Swezcronb. My wish has come true! I got a horse! I am going to name her Twisted Flower. She's a nice gingery color with a more chocolate colored mane and tail. She was part of my birthday present, so is this journal. As I always say, "Along with good news,
comes bad.", and that's just what happened. As another part of my birthday present, got a place with a gentlewomen and two other girls. Right now Mother is making me a new dress to wear to my lessons. "Bev. Please come try the dress," called Mother. Guess I better go for a while.

A few moments later,

My mother is making me a pale green dress with little swirly lines. It's fancier then most of my other dresses because she wants to make good impression to Miss April, who is going to be my teacher.

Wow! Lessons with Miss April were better than I thought! She's a kind, lively lady, but since she's a gentlewomen she was proper. We learned how to serve tea, and how to behave at tea time. You'll never guess, but I met a girl named Emily. She has an older sister named Melissa, who seems nice, but shy, so all I got from her was a, "How do you do?". Oh! I all most forgot! Mother, after lessons, gave me a pink and cream colored ridding outfit so I don't have to ride Twisted Flower in my dress. Oh! Sorry! I gotta go! Wait, let me correct myself. I have got to go! I can hear Emily at the door. We are going to the pasture by Lustorng stream to ride our horses.
Random acts of kindness are include helping my mom pick up the house. I could give out compliments. I could put my dad's tools away. You can also serve soup for the sick. I could help my baby cousin play baseball. I can help Aaron keep his shoes on. I also help feed my dog.
A random act of kindness is something nice you do for no reason. I have three goals for this week. One, when someone is sitting at a table and he or shewants to throw something away I will say '' I will get it''. Two, I will help my mom without being told. Three, is to help out in the house more. Number One will help someome with basic things . Number Two will help my mom because it will not give her any stress. Number three will make home better than ever. Wish me luck on this project.
Random acts of kindness are doing a small or big, nice thing for someone. This week I have a goal to help four people. My first person I would like to send some kindness to is my aunt and her friend who live in Atlanta, Georgia. I will send a friendly letter to them and some pictures. My second is to hold the door open for someone at school if their hands are too full to open it themselves. My third is to spend some quality time with my family. We can go shoot some hoops together before dinner. My last and final act of kindness will be to help the next door neighbors with their garden. I think all of the people I help will feel nice and appreciated. I know I will feel even better because I will have done four random acts of kindness.
