Two days ago I got a new Bearded Dragon. His name is Nelson. The Bearded Dragons were all so cute that I wanted to get two of them. Nelson was squiggly when we first put him in his cage. But when I picked him up he felt prickily and he stopped moving. When he is eating crickets he is really stealthy. Also, when he dives to get a cricket he is really speedy. When he is basking under his light, he is really nimble. Bearded Dragons are interesting.



P.S. I really did get a Bearded Dragon.

Rocks are found almost everywhere. My favorite rock is a Sapphire because when polished it is exquisite. Sapphires look dull in rock form. But when polished, they are very smooth. I also think that they are very shiny. If you find a Sapphire it will be rough. Sapphires are also very colorful. You can polish Sapphires to have sharp or blunt edges.

My most prized possession is my Phantom of the Opera beanie baby. He has black clothes and black hair. He is not hairy, but scary, and sometimes ordinary. He is adorable and movable. He is never too dull. His mask is a dazzling white. AND TRUST ME! I SPOIL HIM ROTTEN!!!!!!! He and his family have a 3 story dollhouse with tons of furniture including a toilet AND a lava lamp! OH, and did I mention that he also has an elevator! He also has a cool car. I love him!

Hello, my name is Bailee. This year my class and the other 3rd grade classes will be preforming in the "America's Kid's" program in which we tell the audience the history of the US in song, like in the American History Rap. We will also tell everyone about immigrants. Jordan and I will be representing Irish Immigrants by doing the two hand reel (an Irish dance). I can't wait to see the audience clapping and clapping! I have learned a few things from this program. Such as... Did you know that an African-American slave named Scott Joplin created ragtime? Ragtime was a lively type of music in which the left hand kept the beat while the right hand played the happy melody. I can't wait til Friday.

We are doing a program called "America's Kids". We all have our own lines. I have learned a lot about people like George Washington. Here are some facts. In 1492 Columbus sailed to the USA. On 1776 the Declaration of Indpendence was signed. In 1861 the Civil War happened. Sachagewea lead Louis and Clark out west. We have an awesome program.

We are doing a program called "Americas Kids". It has a lot of facts about America (some counted 18!). We have many rehearsals because the program is on Friday. By the time this blog is published, we will be on stage! I stand on the last riser on the left.

Baerded Dragons can advance in size to be as long as one ruler and they are quite heavy, weighing up to 13 pounds. Bearded Dragons skin colors is brown and tan. Their family are agamidae. They are found in Australia. Bearded Dragons are omnivorus and consume many types of insects, small vertebrates, and vegetation including fruits and flowers.

Astronomers know that we're part of a vast and complex network of stars, suns, moons, planets and everything else in space called the Virgo Super Cluster. It's space time is so tremendously colossal that we are not yet able to produce the instruments to measure it precisely. The Virgo Super Cluster is a cluster of galaxies far beyond the reach of the Hubble telescope. This is why we have to estimate what it looks like in space. From a computers point of view, the Virgo Super Cluster basicly billions of gallaxies wrapped around each other. The Milky Way is ONE of those billions of galaxies in the Virgo Super Cluster. Again, we do not know how big it really is, although we have measured it to the nearest light year. It is about 150 million light years in diameter (the circumference is about three times that!). We do not know very much about the Virgo Super Cluster, although we know enough about it that it can be recognized commonly but not as common as the 9 classic ( now 8) planets such as Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. I think the Virgo Super cluster is a very interesting subject to learn about, especialy if you are a kid (obviously) and want to be an astronomer when you grow up. I hope you learned a lot about the Virgo Super Cluster.

I am optimistic that I will act out the Phantom in the dramatic play, "The Phantom of the Opera" when I grow up. I want to do so beacause The Phantom is my favorite character. I am obsessed with the movie, the play, the book, and more. Do you think everyone will be proud? It is my life long dream. I know almost every part the phantom has. SOMEHOW I know, I can do it! ( Maybe its because I can make an almost exact copy of his voice!)

This new year I am going to try to clean my house. I am going to help around my house because it is usually messy, and because I want to be more helpful. My second goal is to try to be more kind at school. I am going to let people go in front of me in school. My third goal is going to be more physical. When I am playing sports, I am not going to get in fights with other people. These are my new year resolution.

A New Year's resolution is a goal that you will try to do or complete in the next year. I have four New Year's resolutions: One, to become a better Irish dancer and win first place at my next feis! Two, to become a better daughter, sister, and grandaughter this year. Three, to do chores weekly. Four, to build up my dreams. Plus just for you mom, I'll add a little bonus! Five, to keep my shoulders back.

A new years reselution is something you want to achieve in the up coming year. My new years resolution(s) is to save, exersize, and improve my tennis game. I think new years resolutions are important. They allow you to create a goal for the year. A New Year's resolution can be anything in your power (not like creating world peace).
