The Penobscot tribe fished in the Penobscot River. The kids went fishing and hunting with their fathers. The Penobscot hunted deer and moose.They still cherish these activities today. Penobscot Indians also planted corn and beans, picked berries, and made maple syrup from tree sap just as Maine people do today.
