The Creeks were a very peaceful tribe. They ate cooked corn, beans, squash and much more. Muscogee is the name of the Creek language. Their most important food was Sofkey. Sofkey was made from beaten corn, with water and lye. The Creeks had many dances and they held ceremonies for important events. In ceremonies they sang, danced, played games, and most importantly they built a big, new fire each time.
